We carefully measure and weigh all items to determine the necessary packing materials and redesign the installation manual accordingly. This step is as crucial as cutting and engraving the map itself since dimensions and weight dictate the final mounting system.
Once the manual is redesigned and all installation parts collected, we determine the size of the carton suitcase and how each component should be secured. In some instances, particularly with large and thick formats, continents may be split into multiple boxes to ease transportation. This ensures that both the UPS driver at our workshop and those around the globe can handle the load safely.
